Newly Certified in South Carolina as DOT DBE!

As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand into multiple states by participating in the Department of Transportation DBE Programs. We have been accepted and certified by South Carolina's Department of Transportation (SCDOT). Our current listing of State DOT Certifications are: Delaware, Maryland, DC, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Mountain Consulting, Inc. is now a Certified Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PENNDOT) Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program Participating DBE! Mountain Consulting will be expanding our opportunities in the states of Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

Projects at Dover Air Force Base are underway!

Mountain Consulting has begun construction at the Dover Air Force Base Golf Course under its USACE Enviromental Compliance Support Contract. Mountain has been tasked to remove sediment from the series of weirs installed in 1999. Mountain will evaluate the current stormwater treatment system, make recommendations, and perform the necessary remediation activities to ensure continued success of the stormwater compliance system.
